1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). During your use of epicFORGE, we collect interview responses and brand profile data that you provide to generate your professional positioning strategy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our AI-powered brand strategy services
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts)
• To personalize your brand profile and content recommendations
• To analyze usage patterns and improve our platform

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security policies to ensure you can only access your own data. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

4. AI Processing

Your interview responses are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate brand insights and content. These responses are sent to the AI model during your session but are not used to train AI models. Your brand data remains yours.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate epicFORGE:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — authentication and data storage
• Vercel — application hosting
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered brand analysis
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• PostHog — privacy-friendly product analytics

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can export your complete brand profile from within the application. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use privacy-friendly analytics (PostHog) that does not require cookie consent banners in most jurisdictions.
